This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bid Documents dated
MONTH DAY, YEAR as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid
Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification.
This Addendum consists of (2) 8-1/2" x 11"Addendum pages, (0) 8-1/2" x 11" Specification pages and (2) 8-1/2
x 11"Addendum drawing pages.

GENERAL CHANGES:
IV -1 No hard copies of the drawings are available at any plan rooms. General contractors are
allowed to forward the FTP information to their subcontractors. Anyone that is allowed access
to the FTP can print off a set if they desire. General Contractors are responsible for notifying
their subcontractors of any addendums that come out.
CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS:
V-1. Clarification: Paragraph 1.1(A) of Section 001113 &001116 and also Section 004113
1.8(A) is to note that the successful Idaho licensed general contractor will need to have an
Idaho Public Works License to be awarded the contract. Furthermore, any subcontractor
whose bid is over $10,000 is required to have a public works license as well. This is to satisfy
grant money that is being used to help fund the project.
V-2. Paragraph 1.1(A) of Section 001113 & 001116 Although it is encouraged to attend prebid
meeting, for those you cannot make the prebid meeting can conference in by calling
866-740-1260 and typing in the access code 5244621.
V-3. Section 003119 1.1, B(2) To the fire stations knowledge there is no hazardous material in the
building.
V-4. Section 004113 1.7(A) There are no bid supplements to be attached to bid form for items 1,2
and 3.

V-5. Section 012500 1.2 — Add sub paragraph (C) to read, "The intent of this project's documents
is that this is an open specification. There are no proprietary manufacturers or suppliers for
this project. Therefore, there is not an approved list of manufacturers or suppliers. Those who
are listed are to be used as a basis of design."
V-6. Section 012300 3.1(D) is to be Alternate No. 04 in lieu of Alternate No. 03.
V-7. Section 024119 1.9(B) — Add sub paragraph (1) to read, "Before selective demolition, Oner
will remove the following items:
a. (16) 2'x4' recessed lights out of ceiling grid.
b. Dishwasher
c. Kitchen Table
d. Fridge
e. Range
f. Microwave
g. Front Counter Desk
h. Lockers
i. (2) Restroom Toilets
j. (2) Restroom Sinks
k. Projector
I. (2) Water heaters from shop
m. Washers & Dryers
V-8. Section 051200 1.7 is to be revised to allow the installer certification to be waved, but any
AISC standards for construction specified will remain.
V-9. Section 064116 & 0643000 under sub paragraph "Quality Assurance" is to be revised to
allow the installer certification to be waved, but any AWI standards for construction specified
will remain.
V-10. Section 074213.53 1.02(D) can be omitted. Third party consultant is not required.
V-11. Section 075419 is to be removed from the specifications. See section 075320 for membrane
roofing.
VI. CHANGES TO DRAWINGS:
VI -1 See attached MEP Addendum #1
VI -2 Revise title block information in lower right hand corner, above the sheet name, to read,
"DRAWN BY: KRH & CHECKED BY: KD" on all sheets.
VI -3 Sheet G1002 Revise Kitchen Appliance Allowances Schedule to read $30,000.00 for the total
allowance in lieu of $25,000.00.
VI -4 A1/AE101 Keynote 08.05 to be revised to say, "9'-6" high operable partition to extend width of
room — Add Alternate #1. See framing plans, structural and details".

• Provide minimum 1 -HR ceiling fire damper (Ruskin CFD or
approved equal) for all penetrations of rated ceiling assemblies
including but not limited to training E.O.0 107, Hall 104, Med
Stor 105, existing shop 112. Refer to architectural sheet CR001
and sheet AE501 for all rated assembly locations and construction
requirements.
• Coordinate final damper dimensions based on field routing.
M1.2
• Provide minimum 1 -HR dynamic fire damper at all duct
penetration locations of occupancy separation wall between B
occupancy and R2 occupancy. The approximate sizes (not
including insulation/liner) are as follows:
o RTU -1
• (1) 14"0 supply duct
• (1) 14"0 return duct
o RTU -5
• (1) 14"x14" supply duct
• (1) 14"x14" return duct
• (1) 10"x10"supply duct

• Provide floor drain (JR Smith Fig.#2005Y No -hub outlet, 2"
waste) in Rest. 114, and Rest. 115 (refer to architectural for final
locations). Connect waste piping to new 4" dia SS main piping.
Route 2" drain below grade to nearest wall and up to ceiling space
and connect to new 3" vent piping. 3" vent piping shown above
Write Up 117 near elevator equipment room to connect to vent
stack above shown on sheet P 1.2.
P 1.2
• Provide floor drain (JR Smith Fig.#2005Y No -hub outlet, 2"
waste) in Shower 217, Shower 218, Shower 219, Shower 220, and
Laundry 221 (refer to architectural for final locations). Connect
waste piping to new 3" dia SS main piping.
