map.
2.Land Description.On a separate page,attach a legal description of the actualproperty which youwish to
have rezoned.

b. Descriptions shallbe provided for the perimeter of the total area forwhich a rezone is being
requested;and for eachzone (separatezoning classification)within saidrequest.Allzone
descriptionsshallcorrespond to the perimeterdescription.Descriptions shallidentifya basis of
