We are in the process of forming a partnership to develop our property and the Cornelison property jointly. Given the future road improvements needed at 7th South and Pioneer Rd, we are aware of the need for a new access to our property, and the Cornelison property has agreed to provide that new access with the development of Juniper Sands. We look forward to working closely with the City of Rexburg to preserve the unique heritage of our property. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Karl Cook —— Molly Cook
