Please indicate (circle or hiehlieht) whether this application is for a Preliminary Plat or a Final Plat. The attached Subdivision plan has been prepared in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Rexburg, and the following items are shown on the plan or plans, or explanations given with respect thereto. The name and address of all property owners within 300 feet of the external boundaries of the subdivision whether or not bisected by a public right -of -wap as shown on record in the County Assessor's office. 5.
