As you directed, I had Jason Streit (or his team) contact Quinton.
As a result of that phone call, Quinton directed Headwaters to have me acknowledge the
existence of the revisions and/or exceptions that Quinton has made to the Clubhouse & Retail
plans.
Please note, I have reviewed those revisions and/or exceptions with Mr. Streit - Project Manager
Headwaters Construction and as ownership am aware of the need for remediation. During
construction, we will insure those items are resolved and not an issue for Quinton’s inspections.
I don’t have Quinton’s emails, so if you could kindly forward this correspondence on to him and
cc me in that same message, I would appreciate that very much.
Given this communication, I understand that any reservation the city could hold for issuance of
the full permit is resolved, once the fee is remitted to you.
I will let you know when that fee check has been delivered, if for some reason I don’t deliver that
to you directly.
