I arrived on site and began my observations of the epoxy embed hold downs in building 2. 1 observed that
the contractor had already drilled the holes. I observed the contractor blow and brush the holes clean of
powder and loose material. I observed the contractor use Simpson set-Xp10 epoxy to epoxy the bolts into
place. I notified the contractor of my observations prior to leaving.
