Downspouts from those roofs are to drain into a collection pipe and discharged into the retention areas. The landscaped are in the center of the entrance is to have an average elevation of minus 20.6" below the adjacent curb elevation. This area is to retain storm water from all of building B roof, 1/2 of buildings A & C roofs and the pavement areas. Storm water is to be collected in catch basins and discharged into the retention area or drained directly from the pavement to the retention area.
