Utility boxes/pedestals are not identified on plans. Please show locations. a. The proposed site utility boxes/pedestals are shown on C.7.0 Drainage and Utility Plan and also shown on EO.1 — E2.3 Electrical Plans. 2. Parking along east side is right up against the property line. High back curb or wheel stops are needed 18" minimum from property line (Development code Ch. 5.5, a(xi)). a. Wheel stops were incorporated per requirement. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. 3. 21 full size stalls (including HC parking) are less than the 20% required of 186 spaces. a. More full size stalls were incorporated per requirement. Total provided = 42, total required = 38. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. 4. Parallel parking is required to be 22 ft long. a. Parallel parking stalls were changed to 22 ft. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. 5. West parking lot may be widened at least one foot to lengthen parking stalls on both sides. a. West parking lot was widened to lengthen parking stalls to meet full size stall requirement. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. Handicap parking stalls shall be 22 ft minimum in length (see parallel parking requirement). a. Handicap Parking stalls were lengthened to 22 ft. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. 7. 6 handicap stalls needed for 150-200 total stalls. a. 1 additional stall was added to meet requirement. See sheet C.5.0 Site Plan. 8. All sidewalks located along property shall be 8 ft minimum... "Sidewalk along 41h South is 8', but sidewalk along 4'h West is only 6'. a. Sidewalk along 4'h West has been adjusted to the 8 ft minimum.
