Receipt of this Addendum must be acknowledged in the space provided in the Bid Form. CLARIFICATIONS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS: 1-1 Specifications: 1. Additional specifications have been added. See attached. CLARIFICATIONS TO THE DRAWINGS: 1-2 Clarifications. 1. Sheet A-A001: ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN: Note that the sheet is clouded rather than every individual change. a. Note the west dumpsters and enclosure have been relocated. Note the addition of the RMP ground sleeve. Coordinate with electrical on exact location. b. The drive lane between 1st West and 2nd West has been defined. The existing landscape area will need to be removed as shown. Additional curb and gutter, asphalt and parking stalls will need to be provided for through access and to accommodate the adjacent property owner. c. See additional clarifications on the south ramp to the parking garage. d. See additional electrical information on the southeast corner of the site. e. Note the clarification of new vs. existing parking on the north (along 2nd South). Please coordinate existing curb and gutter with new and that to be removed with the Demo plan C-1. f. Note additional electrical information on the north property line. g. Additional Site elements are still under review and additional design will be issued with future design packages. h. Note the extents of New Concrete Sidewalk, Asphalt Paving and New Curb and Gutter throughout the site. Additional clarification has been provided at the entry, gridlines and entry points to Level One. 3. Additional Sheets have been graphically cleaned up and provided for reference and clarification. 1-4 STRUCTURAL SCOPE CLARIFICATIONS: 6/A-S501 – Corrected the frost depth requirement. Added notch at exterior of foundation wall.
