Hi Nicholas.
If any of the staff has any questions, they can call me at any time. I assume they have been
talking with Johnny Watson for the site plans or JRW staff.
We are planning on forced air heaters in the corners for heat in this addition. There will be
few employees in the addition for typically shorter periods of time, so the heater will not be
needed near as much as the rest of the building. (warehouse/storage)
Jason is working with a surveyor (Frank) getting the easement ready. I asked him to contact
Keith directly, so I hope it is getting done.

We’ve followed up with everyone, and it looks like Planning and Zoning as well as Public
Works need easements, and the items addressed on their site plan revisions (ie. Trash
enclosures). Also, Don just needs you to tell him what you’re doing for heating and Quinton
is almost done with his plan review.
