The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the current status of the below listed permit pulled
with your jurisdiction. We have attempted to contact the homeowner three times via phone and
registered letter in order to arrange for the final inspection. To date, we have not received a
response, despite our repeated efforts and due diligence. We are notifying your department as
