• REVISED ON SHEETS A3.1, A3.2, A3.3, A3.4
Comment 2: Ducts and dampers meet the requirements of IBC Section 717
DAMPERS ON EXHAUST FANS SHOWN AND NOTED ON PLANS.

RATED WALLS. DETAILS ARE ALSO PROVIDED FOR VARIOUS CONDITIONS THAT MAY OCCUR.
Comment: Separation at existing building
SEPARATION BETWEEN AN EXISTING STRUCTURE AND THE PROPOSED BUILDING IS
BETWEEN 5 – 10 FEET. PROTECTION IS PROVIDED AT THE NEW BUILDING; NOTES ARE
ADDED FOR INSTALLATION OF RATED WALLS AND PROTECTED OPENINGS AT THE EXISTING
BUILDING. SEE SHEET A0.1
