Attached are the signed sheets from the neighbors regarding our early start tomorrow. They cover the properties 3
properties on the South side of 2nd south between 1" east and Cornell avenue (one is empty the other they weren't
home with multiple attempts. We have also confirmed that both homes just east of Cornell are empty. We got
permission from the apartments to the east and also to the north of the project too.)
As discussed here are the critical reasons why we need to do this:
Suspended PT deck pours have to be done in prescribed sizes to meet strict structural engineering requirements. This
deck is one PT slab meaning it has to be poured all at the same time.
When you pour large thick slabs like this it is common that the heat generated from the curing process accelerates the
surface hardening and the only way to help this is to have this occur when temperatures are low. The only way to
ensure the hardening occurs when it's cool is to pour early, early in the morning.
