Building Review
1. Riser room must have one hour fire rating up to the deck above with a 1hr ceiling.
Response: Walls in riser room will be GA file no. WP 3615 to deck above ceiling will be
GA file No. FC1110
2. No details (AGAIN). Stairs to comply with IBC requirements. Acknowledge in response.
Response: See attached drawing
3. No details (AGAIN). Handrails and guards to meet with IBC requirements (including
handrail extensions) Acknowledge in response.

4. Who will be doing the special inspections on the building?
Response: Contractor is securing someone now and will let us know who that is.
5. Door accessing main area from under mezzanine swing the wrong direction.
Response: Noted and changed see attached drawing
6. Doors at top of stairs? Provide space for stair handrail extensions.
Response: Top of stairs to receive openings hand rail extensions are accounted for.
Site Plan
1. Work with the city on swale in boulevard strip.
Response: Joel to work with site contractor as per Joel and Ryan’s Conversation
2. Sidewalk must connect to the parcel to the south.
Response: See attached drawing
3. Right of way must be deeded to the city to back of walk.
Response: In process see drawing for new location of property line
4. No water lines on plans.

5. No sewer lines on plans.
Response: See attached drawing
6. No drainage on plans.

7. No lighting on plans.
Response: No Site lighting for the project all lighting will be on building casting down
