Kurt — Chris Huskinson has informed me that the Cox apartment's access off 2" South near
4th West has not been put into a hard surface as required- The Fire Department is concerned
that by not having at least a gravel base that their equipment would not be able to respond in
case of an emergency. Also, the existing access is through a back yard and the Chris has
brought up the concern that when he has driven in there is no distinguishable drive. He says
that children sometimes have been playing on the trampoline right on the access itself. Can
you please follow up on this problem so that the requirements identified to allow the change
to an apartment are enforced? Thanks! Val
