I have reviewed the One Stop Auto drawings that you have provided me and have
identified the following discrepancies:
1. Get with John Millar the City of Rexburg Public Facilities Coordinator for a
Development Agreement.
2. Please identify a handicapped parking space with a five foot wide access aisle
on site plan.
3. Dimension parking spaces.
4. Identify Right -Of -Way on both streets and the distances from the buildings to
the Right -Of -Way on the site plan.
5. The site plan is very hard to read. The notes are not legible and are spaced at
uneven intervals.
6. Please identify the East property line. If the building is within 20' of the East
property line, identify 1 hour construction at roof. Or, if an access easement is
located at the East of the building and is wide enough to provide the 20' wide
property separation, please identify on plans and provide a copy of the
agreement for our records.
7. The parapet on the South side of the building will not meet code. The parapet
must be 30" above the roof at all points. An alternative to the parapet is to
construct the roof as one-hour system for 5' from inside the cmu wall.
Either way, please provide us with details.
8. Provide access approach details that identify 6" thick concrete with #4 rebar at
18" o.c. in both directions.
9. Please identify the size of furnace.
10. The drawings identify the Seismic Zone as 213. We are located in Seismic
Zone 3. If any calculations for the structure have been created using 2B
equations, please make the necessary changes.
11. Please identify all footings as being a minimum of 36" below grade for frost
protection.
12. The Fire Department has reviewed the plans. I have attached a copy of there
report to the back of this document. Please provide the necessary information
they have requested.
