The existing building configuration will not meet City Ordinance or the Building Code. The manufactured building must be placed on a foundation in order for it to be considered a permanent -building. Also the stairs, handrails and guardrails into the building must meet Building Code requirements. Please advise me on how you wish to proceed. If you want to keep the building, I will need 2 copies of building plans. Include a site plan and a foundation plan that identifies all construction details including how the building will be tied to the mud sill. The plans must be stamped by a licensed professional.
