To whom it may concern:
This letter verifies that your HDR property in which you intend to develop 27 units of Family
Housing will be able to use the adjoining HBD property to meet the parking requirements needed
for your development and would be in conformance with the HDR zoning in which they are
located. This will however tie the two tracts together such that they would need to be bought and
sold as a single unit.
Final approval of the site plan will need to be approved before a building permit will be issued.
The maximum allowable density in this zone is 30 units per acre and the subject density as
described would be under this requirement.
