Dear Scott,
I have reviewed the Gringos Restaurant drawings that you have provided me and
have identified the following discrepancies:
1. A site plan must be provided. I have attached a copy of the site plan
requirements to the back of this document. The parking lot must be designed
to City of Rexburg standards. There will need to be an ADA compliant van
accessible handicap parking place.
2. I will need information for the future installation of any cooking hoods.
3. Provide exit lights and emergency lights as per code.
4. Occupancy limits must be posted near the exits.
5. The Fire Department has reviewed the plans. I have attached a copy of their
report to the back of this document. Please provide the necessary information
they have requested.
Please return two sets of revised plans. Let me know if I can be of any further
