Dear Brian:
I have performed a final review of the Eaglewood Apartment Site Plan and have identified
one problem that has not been adequately taken care of. Code requires a minimum of 2% of the
parking spaces to be handicapped spaces. If my math is correct, that would be 7 spaces required.
I can only identify 4 handicapped spaces. Furthermore, the code also requires that there be an
accessible path from the spaces to each of the buildings as well as an accessible path from all
buildings to the clubhouse building. Please clearly identify depressed curbs and the paths
indicated above.
I apologize for the inconsistencies that you have experienced coming from this office. We
recently Iost Joe Laird to retirement and he was the person who had last been involved with this
plan review. Thank you for working with us to correct these items. If you have any questions
