Box 280 12 North Center Street Rexburg, Idaho 83440 Phone (208) 359-3020 Fax (208) 359-3022 e-mail rexburg@ci.rexburg.id.us In regards to the Life Safety Ordinance and the inspection ticket dated 9/18/01, the City of Rexburg Building Department will waiver the time required to re -locate the handrails from 29" to that which will meet code from6 months after closing to 12 months following closing. At the end of this 12 month period, all railings must be raised and inspection must have been completed. This waiver does not give any additional time to perform all of the other items listed on the inspection ticket dated 9/18/01.. If you have any questions, please give me a call at 359-3020 ext. 324.
