I have finished the plan review for your addition to your office at 76 Professional
Plaza and have identified the following discrepancies:
1. The engineer needs to stamp all plans. An engineer or architect of record
is required for all aspects of the design.
2. The design loads need to be included on the plans. The engineer needs to
include all loads and information used for design including soil type, the
seismic category, the wind load and the snow load.
3. I need a pian showing the roof structural layout. Include the sizes of any
beams.
4. The Fire Department has asked that extinguishers also be identified on the
plans.
Please return two stamped copies of the revised plans.. If you have any questions,
