To whom it may concern,
This is a letter to certify that Streamlined Homes LLC was the contractor over demolition at the
NorthPointe Apartment project site. All water and sewer lines as far as we were aware have been
capped at the water main and at the sewer at the curb for each residence. All services along 1" South
and 1" West were capped and inspected by the water department with the City of Rexburg. Services
along 2A South will be addressed and capped at the time that the road and curb is constructed as the
water main is out in the road.
