A few items:
Parking Structure Costs under contract, I think I may have gotten you
numbers in the past as estimates. These are actual....Electrical
$182,925, Mechanical $109,950, Plumbing $91,033. Was that all you needed
in this regard?
I got your voice mail - I think getting the fees paid prior to 9/30 is
doable, probably sooner.
A request....can I get a paper (although an electronic emailable one is
preferred and perfect) invoice from the city on the fees. The emailed -
spreadsheet one wasn't acceptable to the accounting department. If
that's a problem, let me know and I'll prepare one with what you've
provided.
Will we be getting a fee invoice for the parking structure as well? If
so, getting me that now would be ok too or at your earliest convenience.
Sorry for the tardiness on this fee check, it was my fault for not
submitting for the back in July when I got that email....just purely an
oversight.

below. Also below, is an invoice of the permit fees owing to obtain a
building permit. The amount owing in red is $264,699.46.
1. Val Christensen: Building/Structural – Approved
2. Natalie Powell: Site Plan Review – Approved
3. Dale Pickering – Fire Department Review: Approved
4. Joel Gray – Public Works Review: Approved
5. Bret Stoddard – Electrical Review: Approved
6. Don Allen – Plumbing Review: Approved
a. Must be plumbed to current code
7. Quinton Owens – Mechanical Review: Approved
a. Approved as a design build.
