Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough in
complete.
COMPLETED
Anchor bolts, hold downs, and other fasteners
have been cast in at proper locations.
COMPLETED
Wood products in direct contact with concrete
are pressure treated, redwood, or cedar.
COMPLETED
Shear panels are constructed, blocked, and
fastened as per plans.
COMPLETED
Landings are correctly sized and located at
doors, ramps, and stairs.
COMPLETED
Wall framing is consistent with plans (hallway,
stair, and other critical dimensions).

Beams, girders, and headers are properly sized
with proper bearing.

Columns and studs are located properly and are
tight to plates and other structure.
