COMPLETED Anchor bolts, hold downs, and other fasteners have been cast in at proper locations. COMPLETED Wood products in direct contact with concrete are pressure treated, redwood, or cedar. COMPLETED Shear panels are constructed, blocked, and fastened as per plans. COMPLETED Landings are correctly sized and located at doors, ramps, and stairs. COMPLETED Wall framing is consistent with plans (hallway, stair, and other critical dimensions). COMPLETED Beams, girders, and headers are properly sized with proper bearing. COMPLETED Columns and studs are located properly and are tight to plates and other structure. COMPLETED All wooden framing is nailed as per code.COMPLETED Wooden top plates have proper lap or are connected with approved fasteners. COMPLETED Truss plans have been provided.Used the office copy for the location of the lateral bracing. COMPLETED Trusses, rafters, and ceiling joists are installed as per plans. COMPLETED Trusses are braced as per truss details.COMPLETED Trusses and rafters are connected at top plate with hurricane clips or as per plans. COMPLETED Roof sheathing is proper thickness and installed properly (may require clips). COMPLETED Inspector Comments A draft stop is required for areas over 3000 sq. ft. To bring your building into compliance you will need to have 2 draft stop's.
