Would like to do his own sidewalk with a resurface repair if possible
Wants to fix driveway themselves, and needs to know if they need to submit a formal request at the city council hearing 2/4/2015. I let Lindsey Baird know that she did not need to make
a request to the City Council, but that she will want to call in the spring to figure out what they will need to do for their driveway. Her number is 720-394-5114.
Initial notice was sent to Keith Zollinger's estate trustees. The house was sold in the last couple of months, and we worked off the information on GIS. We hand delivered the notification
2/2/2015 when we discovered the change of ownership.
Owner concerned we assessed him for neighbors driveway, but we did not. See his letter in council documents
