COMES NOW JOHN HEGSTED, Manager of HEGSTED FAMILY LLC, an Idaho
limited liability company, and states that HEGSTED FAMILY LLC owns that certain property
generally described as Parcel Identification Number: RPRXBCA0077201, and more particularly
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Property"),
and hereby certifies:
(1) that the Property has been used, within the last three (3) years, as an
agricultural operation; and
(2) that the undersigned has reviewed the materials provided in Exhibit B and
has had an opportunity to review the urban renewal eligibility report, dated December 13, 2013,
entitled The North Interchange Area Urban Renewal Eligibility Report, prepared by Terry
Butikofer of The Development Company, and as attached hereto as Exhibit C, currently under
consideration by the Rexburg Redevelopment Agency and the city of Rexburg and subject to
change.
Further, JOHN HEGSTED, as Manager of said HEGSTED FAMILY LLC, hereby
provides his/her consent and approval that the subject Property may be included within a
proposed urban renewal area, and may be deemed appropriate for inclusion within an urban
renewal project area as defined by the Idaho Urban Renewal Law of 1965, Title 50, Chapter 20,
Idaho Code, as amended, and the Local Economic Development Act of 1988, Title 50, Chapter
29, Idaho Code, as amended, as the property possesses certain characteristics of eligibility.
