Requesting to change the zoning from Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) to High Density Residential 2
(HDR2).
Property Location: 408 and 416 West Main, and 407 West 1st North
1. The site appears to be fully developed. If the allowed complex anticipates growing by 30 to 40 units, how would
additional parking be addressed? This additional number of units would impact the traffic onto and off from Main
Street, which could pose traffic problems.
There does not appear to be adequate land for the increased density with the present use.
