HomeMy WebLinkAboutDevelopment Workshop Stationary Place - Annex PZ.docNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, May 21st, 2015, at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a proposed annexation, retaining the existing zoning from the Impact Area for the City of Rexburg. This property is located in the Rexburg City Area of Impact, Madison County, Idaho, and is described as follows: A parcel of land in the NW1/4, NW1/4 of Section 17, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Comer of Section 17, thence S0°11'15"W a distance of 1062.85 feet; thence N89°34'58"E a distance of 64.19 feet to the point of beginning; thence N89°34'58"E a distance of 221.18 feet; thence N0°08'13E a distance of 444.44 feet; thence N89°41'48"E a distance of 521.02 feet; thence S0°09'15"W a distance of 487.66 feet; thence N89°50'45"W a distance of 742.09 feet; thence N0°13'08"E a distance of 36.85 feet to the True Point of Beginning. This Parcel is identified on the Annexation map dated April 28, 2015, with crosshatching. The parcel is located at 275 Stationary Place on North 2nd East in Rexburg, Idaho. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 20th, 2015.
