BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO: SECTION I: That Section I of Ordinance No. 343, also known as Section 16 of Ordinance 341, be amended to read as follows, to-wit: No beer shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away, or be permitted to be consumed upon any licensed premises or where beer is sold or dispensed to be consumed on the premises, whether conducted for pleasure or profit, on and during the following days and hours: Sunday, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day. On any other day between 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 o(clock a.m. SECTION II: Said Section of Ordinance No. 343, also known as Section 16 or Ordinance No. 341, is hereby amended and this amendment shall be, and the same is hereby embodied in said Ordinance No. 341 as Section 16 thereof, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are in conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
