Eliminated the Intercity service between Idaho Falls and Rexburg in 2011. Trips were no longer given on credit or at a discounted rate Driver were paid for their actual works hour, which means hours and workforce were reduced Number of buses in production in 2009 (10) with 10 employees. By 2011 there were approximately 6 employees and currently 4 buses with 4 employees (still looking to replace one to go back to 5 buses and 5 employees)
