I would like to submit a formal written request for your consideration to waive 50% of the green fees for our 2014 Golf Tournament. Our 18"Annual Golf Tournament is tentatively scheduled for July 19, 2014. Upper Valley Industries provides experienced staff and trained volunteer support to ensure the golf tournament is well organized each year. Duffy McFarland has been involved in setup and has been readily available to answer questions and address concerns each year. In support of our community and the entire Upper Valley, we have been engaged in many projects, functions and community events since our last golf tournament. Rexburg Branch of Development Workshop assists people who are economically disadvantaged to recognize and achieve greater independence through a range of services for learning life skills like money management to how to keep employment. It is even more important for Rexburg Branch to raise funds locally as state and federal supports for these services continue to decline. Thank you for considering our request.
