4. Request approval to set a Public Hearing on March 04, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. to establish the need to
seek Judicial Confirmation to issue bonds or obligations to upgrade Rexburg’s water facilities.
State Statute 7-1302. Legislative declaration. The legislature of the state of Idaho determines, finds and declares in
connection with this chapter:(1) An early judicial examination into and determination of the validity of the power of
any political subdivision to issue bonds or obligations and execute any agreements or security instruments therefor
promotes the health, safety and welfare of the people of the state.
B. 7:30 P.M. to consider creating the proposed LID 45 for constructing the proposed property
Improvements, and hear all complaints, protests, and objections which may be made in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before said time, by any owner of any parcel of land to be assessed – Matt
