ORDINANCE NO. 1144
RATIFYING STANDING COMMITTEES
AND ADVISORY GROUPS OF
CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING CURRENT STANDING COMMITTEES AND ESTABLISHING STANDING COMMITTEES; RATIFYING CURRENT ADVISORY GROUPS; ESTABLISHING ADVISORY GROUPS; REPEALING ORDINANCE 113 AND
699; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Mayor and Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: The Standing Committees set forth in the table below shall be and hereby are ratified or created as being necessary for the ordinary and necessary operation of the City of
Rexburg, and are intended to serve at the discretion of the Mayor and the City Council as is more fully set forth in the various bylaws or statutes governing the respective committees.
In addition, there are committees that serve as advisory committees to the Mayor and City Council which are also set forth below, and are ratified or created in order to more efficiently
administer the responsibilities of the Mayor and City Council. These advisory committees shall operate at the discretion of the Mayor and City Council consistent with their respective
bylaws or governing regulations.

SECTION III: Any portion of existing Ordinances or parts thereof that are in conflict with this Ordinance are specifically repealed. Specifically, Ordinance 113 and Ordinance 699 are
hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: The City of Rexburg, Idaho City Council shall enact this Ordinance upon its passage, approval and publication.
