Put on LID for financing only. Signed waiver of hearing and getting own contractor to put in sidewalk. Brett M gave them sidewalk specs and let them know they needed to have the project
inpsected before they poured the concrete - DL; The Woods brought in their invoices 5/27/2016: $800 for sidewalk prep, and $1980 for sidewalk concrete. - DL
Put on LiID - did own work, but did not pass inspection. Tearing it back out - Joel is going to try and get our contractor to do it, or he might have to get his own. Joel will update
us on what happens with it. - DL
Put LID Zollinger bid it for prep & pour at $5.50 per sq ft. There is 915 sq ft: 183 linear feet 5 feet wide. On the documentation from John Millar it says the City will pay $1.75 per
sq ft of the $5.50. It also says that we will demo the sidewalks for free and that the price for approaches is $12 per sq ft (which there aren't any on this property - per John Millar).
- DL - Update: bill from Zollingers came and showed that only 780 sq ft was done. Total bill is $4290.00. - DL
