-Building #1: Bottom riser 12" Upper flight bottom riser 3" all other risers a
7 ".
-Building #2: Bottom riser at 10" all others at 7"
-building #3: Bottom step does not the same riser height. bottom tread is
7-1/2"...bottom step of mid riser at mid landing height is 8-3/4 and has a gap of
4" from landing to front edge of step.
-Building #4 Bottom riser is 6" with other steps at 7". At mid level the riser at
bottom of upper stairs is6" and upper top riser is 7-1/2.all other risers at 7"
-building#5 bottom riser 9-1/2"" upper is 7-1/2". Upper set of stairs OK...
-Building #6 Bottom riser 8-3/4". Upper flight has a 4" gap from landing to first
riser riser height is 12".
-Club house.....bottom riser is 14" handrail is top 33-1/2 to 27" bottom.

10-23-13 as of this date....Buildings 3,4,5,6 riser height are all OK
building 6 has handrail issues

Stairs to apt 703 good but handrail needs to be higher.
hand rails on all stairs need to be a minimum of 34"
