service as needed by employees (they will be waited on similar to other dine in
restaurants).

needs 2 s.s. bands on the out layer duct and fire wrap need to exstend 18 inched
above the highest part of thr roof
Need to provide that the exhaust fan will pull at least 4688 cfm.
Need to check the welds on the hood exhaust when finished.
