The property located at Lemmon Lane (Parcel number RPA00000192581) has an existingfoundation that was installed two to three years ago. The city is unable to iocate the inspectionreport on the foundation that was performed by the city's Uuitaing inspector. The currentinspector has conducted an onsite visual inspection ani found no visible defects. The city willissue a building permit without warranty in regards to the foundation. The builder will assumeall responsibility regarding the structural integrity of the foundation. The foundation may needmodifications to bring it current standards. A copy of the inspection report is attached to thisletter.
