from Rural Residential One (RR1) to High Density Residential One (HDR1)
B. BILL 1149 - Planning and Zoning recommended a request to rezone 149 and 185 East 3rd South
from Low Density Residential Two (LDR2) to Medium Density Residential One (MDR1)
C. Resolution 2016 – 08: Planning and Zoning recommended a Comprehensive Plan Map
Amendment at 263 & 267 West 4th South and 429 South 3rd West from Neighborhood
Commercial/Mixed Use to Moderate-High Density Residential

B. Approve moving forward with the hiring of a Media Relations/Marketing Coordinator position
budgeted in Fiscal Year 2017.
C. Approve Deputy Clerk position (combination of a replacement position and a new position).
(Replacing a vacated Admin. Representative II position on the front counter at City Hall)

action, however they are typically routine or not of great controversy. Individual Council members
may ask that any specific item be removed from the consent calendar for discussion in greater detail.
