DEVELOPMENT CODE may be reviewed at the offices of Planning and Zoning or the City Clerk’s
office. The substantive changes amending the Development Code are included in the first reading of
BILL 1132.
9. Items for Consideration:
A. Recommended Amendment to the City of Rexburg Impact Area – Planning and Zoning held a
public hearing on April 16th to consider expanding Rexburg’s Impact Area. They recommended the new
Impact Area Boundaries to City Council for the Madison County Commissioners consideration.
B. Development Workshop Annexation at 275 Stationary Place - Staff
