Ordinance 1131 to rezone 408 and 416 West Main, and 407 West 1st North from Medium Density Residential 2 (MDR2) to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2). E. Third Reading: Those items which have been second read: – NONE 1. BILL 1128 changing the times when beer and wine can be sold in the City of Rexburg; repealing Ordinances 341, 343, and 445. 2. BILL 1129 amending Ordinance 717 (Flood Plain) 3. BILL 1130 to Rezone 1st North (specified area) – from Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) to Mixed Use 2 (MU2). 11. Mayor’s Business: A. Replace Marsha Bjornn on the Urban Renewal Agency. B. Rory Kunz was appointed to the Rexburg P&Z Commission by the Madison County Commission on March 30, 2015. He lives in the City’s Impact Area and is replacing Dan Hanna. 12. Consent Calendar: The consent calendar includes items which require formal City Council action, however they are typically routine or not of great controversy. Individual Council members may ask that any specific item be removed from the consent calendar for discussion in greater detail.
