(On January 16th, 2014 in a public hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to deny the applicant’s request
by a (six to one vote) to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map.)
B. 7:30 P.M. (BILL No. 1113) Rezone 1042 West 7th South from Rural Residential One (RR1) to
Medium Density Residential Two (MDR2); (On February 20th, 2014 in a public hearing the Planning and Zoning
Commission recommended by a (six to one vote) to Rezone the property from Rural Residential One (RR1) to Low Density

C. (BILL 1109) Amending Ordinance 1063 to adopt portions of the International Fire
Code 2012 along with local amendments – Staff
D. (BILL 1115) to Amend the Development Code (Ordinance No. 1026) to simplify the code by
removing conflicts – Staff
