ORDINANCE NO. 138
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF TAXATION IN AND FOR THE
CITY OF REXBURG, STATE OF IDAHO, FOR THE YEAR 1910.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG,
STATE OF IDAHO.
SECTION I: That the rate of taxation upon property within and for the City of Rexburg, State of
Idaho, for the fiscal year ending the first day in May, 1911, be and the same is hereby fixed at eight mills on
the dollar of taxable property within the city as assessed by the county assessor of the oounty of Fremont,
State of Idaho, in which said city is situated, which said tax shall be assessed and collected as by the statutes in
such cases made and provided.
Passed this 10th day of May, 1910.
