AN ORDINANCE APPORTIONING THE REVENUES OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, STATE OF IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING WITH THE FIRST TUESDAY IN MAY, 1910. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, COUNTY OF MADISON, STATE OF IDAHO SECTION I: That all monies received from the sale of cemetery lots be and the same is hereby apportioned to the cemetery fund. That all monies received from Road Poll Taxes be, and the same is hereby apportioned to the Road and Bridge Fund. That all monies received from the annual tax levy on city property be, and the same is hereby apportioned as follows: Thirty-five per cent to the Road and Bridge Fund. Sixty -five per cent to the General Expense Fund. That all monies received from assessment of City Canal be, and the same is hereby apportioned to Ditch Fund. That all monies received from all other sources not otherwise apportioned be, and the same is hereby apportioned to the General Expense Fund.
