ORDINANCE NO. 126
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL ANNUAL TAX TO PAY
THE INTEREST AS IT FALLS DUE ON THE WATERWORKS COUPON
BOND OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REXBURG, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That there is hereby levied and must be collected as other taxes on all the
assessable property within the corporate limits of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, for the fiscal year
ending the first Tuesday in May, 1909, a special tax of four mills on the dollar, in addition to the
authorized taxes, to pay the interest as it falls due on waterworks coupon bonds of the City of
Rexburg, Idaho.
Passed this 9" day of July, 1908.
