HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 118 INTOXICATING DRINKS TO MINORSORDINANCE NO. 118 MAKING THE SALE OF INTOXICATION DRINKS TO MINOR AND PERMITTING THEM TO FREQUENT PLACES WHERE SAID LIQUOR IS SOLD A MISDEMEANOR. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho. SECTION 1. That chapter one of part three of the revised ordinances of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, passed and approved March 7, 1904 be amended by adding thereto the following section. SECTION 119. Every person who sells or gives, or causes to be delivered, to any minor under the age of twenty-one years, any intoxication drink in any quantity whatsoever, or who as proprietor or manager of any saloon or public house where intoxication liquors are sold, of by his clerk or agent, permits any such minor to visit such saloon or public house where intoxication liquors are sold, for any purpose whatsoever, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and punishable by first not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars.
