SECTION I: That Section 81 of Chapter XI, Part I. of the revised ordinances of the City of Rexburg be amended to read as follows: SECTION 81: The salaries and fees of all the officers of the City of Rexburg be the same' elected or appointed shall be fixed and regulated as follows, to- wit: ��\ The Mayor shall have and receive as full compensation for his services such ocer, the sum of $100 per annum.��o tea' The City Clerk shall have and receive as full compensation fo serices as such officer, the sure of $30 per month. \ \� The City Treasurer shall have and receive as full co ensation for his services as such officer, a sum equal to owe per cent of any and coming to his hands as Treasurer and belonging to the City of Rexburg.a \ \\ The City Engineer shall have and receive for his services as such officer, a sum of $4.00 per day, for each day; actual services rendered the City. The City Attorney shall have and receive as compensation for his services defined in the first four such divisions of Section 39, the sum of $230 per annum. The Supervisor of Streets a Wastewater combined shall have and receive the sum of $55 per month for and during the time of actual service for the City.
