AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY
OFFICERS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rexburg Idaho.
SECTION 1. The salary of the City Clerk shall be $30.00 per month in full for all
services rendered as City Clerk, payable in warrant monthly.
SECTION 2. The salary of the City Treasurer shall be owe percent of all monies paid out
by warrant, payable by warrant, quarterly.
SECTION 3. The salary of the City Attorney shall be $150.00 per annual, owe fourth of
which shall be paid by warrant quarterly.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force on and after its passage,
approval and first publication.
SECTION 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
