ORDINANCE NO. 108
ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL
AN ORDINANCE APPORTIONING THE REVENUES OF THE CITY
OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND APPROPRIATION THE SAME FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST TUESDAY IN MAY, 1906
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REXBURG, COUNTY OF MADISON, STATE OF IDAHO
SECTION I: That all moneys received from sale of cemetery lots, be, and is hereby
apportioned to the Cemetery Fund,
That all moneys received from Road and Poll Taxes be and is hereby apportioned to the
Road and Bridge Fund.
That all moneys received from the annual tax levy on City property be, and is hereby
apportioned as follows; Five (5) per cent to the Cemetery Fund. Thirty (30) per cent to the Road and
Bridge Fund. Sixty -five (65) per cent to the General Expense Fund.
SECTION II: That there be and is hereby apportioned to the Cemetery Fund $500.
That there be and is hereby apportioned to the Road and Bridge Fund $2,000.
That there be and is hereby apportioned to the General Expense Fund $7,000.
That there be and is hereby apportioned to the Ditch Fund $500.
SECTION III: That all ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and
approval and fast publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this the 18r° day of
July, 1906.
