ORDINANCE NO. 105
AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CITY WATER WORKS FUND AND
APPORTIONING MONEY TO THE SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF REXBURG:
SECTION I: That there be and is herby created a Fund which shall be known as the Water
Works Fund.
SECTION II: That all moneys received from the sale of water works Bonds, be and the
same is herby apportioned to the "Water Works Fund." That all moneys received from Assessments,
or tax levy on property abutting the pipe lines of the City Water Works System, which may have
been taxed or assessed, or witch shall hereafter be taxed or assessed for the purpose of building, or
constructing the City Water Works System, be and the same hereby apportioned to the Water Works
Fund.
SECTION III: An emergency existing, this Ordnance shall be in full force and effect on
and after its passage and approval, and first publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this 28`h day of May, 1906.
